More sport accepts exchanges within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as the articles : have not been used; are not personalized; have the original sticker; are in perfect conditions of sale and in the original packaging (if it exists).

No exchanges/returns of personal itens (eg: bathing suits, socks) are accepted. The exchanges/returns can be made in the store or can be sent by mail to our store. The cost of transportation of exchanges/returns are of the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must always keep the proof of delivery, because until we receive the article (s) in our store, the responsibility is of the customer. We are not responsible for the lost or any delayed verified in the customer´s transportation to our store.

How to make an exchange/return

You can only make size changes (same reference), to exchange for another item you will have to make a return.

Follow the following steps:

  1. Log in and acess your customer area > Orders;
  2. Select the respective order and through the form send us an email explaining the reason for the exchange/return;
  3. Condition the item (s) in a properly closed package (you can use the More sport) and send it to: Rua Arquiteto Ventura Terra n.º 4 rch, 4490-478 Póvoa de Varzim.
How to make a complaint of an used product

To fill a complaint of an used product, you should get in touch with the “Client Support” so we can proceed to the resolution of the process, and send and email for geral@moresport.pt with the proof of purchase. The complaint will be subsequently reported to the brand and the maximum response time to the customer is 30 days. If the mark accepts the complaint, the article will be replaced by a new one (exactly the same).

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. You can always choose to return the order in a More sport physical store, in order to avoid costs.

I received a wrong and/or defective article. Do I have to pay to make a return?

In case of the exchange/return is caused by an error of shipment from More sport, the customer must contact Customer Support to proceed with the marking of the recall of the article, thus assuming More sport all exchange/return costs. However, the shipment of the replacement article(s) to the customer follows the norms of the shipping cost of a normal purchase.

Exchange, return, or claim at a store More sport

You can make exchanges, returns or complaints in a More sport store, obligatorily accompanying you with: article(s) to return and the respective proof of purchase.

In case of refund, this can be done through a discount voucher (which you can use later in a More sport store or an online store), or you can choose to be reimbursed by the same method used for payment.
